Our Services

All work is performed under the terms of the written estimate, proposal, or contract you receive from us for your specific job, and those documents control over anything on this page with respect to the work itself.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and are not binding until accepted in writing by both you and ProPhase Electric. Scheduled appointment times are good-faith commitments; if we need to reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number when scheduling service, you consent to receive text messages from ProPhase Electric about your service appointments — including appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and related updates. Messages may include a secure link to view your appointment details on our customer portal.

• Message frequency varies and is limited to messages about your own service appointments (typically 1–3 messages per appointment).
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt back in.
• Get help by replying HELP to any message, or by contacting us at gordon@prophase-electric.com or (858) 345-9200.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use all of our services without agreeing to receive text messages — we will use your preferred contact method instead.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or test its security, or use automated tools to scrape its content. Links we send you to view appointment, estimate, or invoice details are unique to you; do not share them with others.
